Amazing
The best 55 dollar round of golf I’ve ever played. Fairways are immaculate greens are true putting with proper reads and elevation changes. Would recommend this course to anyone !
Hidden gem close to Jacksonville!
The course is an awesome shape! Greens roll fast. Fairways are close to perfect. Nice wide open fairways with several holes that have a beautiful marsh land view. Easy to get around. The 9th and 18th greens are combined for an awesome set up at the end of both nines. Absolutely love playing this course! When I played it this time I was a single and the pro shop guy said I can go ahead and head out in front of a couple of groups. Basically had the entire course to myself with headphones in and played in under 2 1/2 hours. Only negative to the day is my driver shaft broke on hole 15 and I finished bogey / double bogey after that for a 77. Messed up a really good round. Tried to upload a few pics but the app kept crashing. Marsh land holes are beautiful though!
Great track but tiny greens
This is a really interesting layout. It won’t overwhelm the amateur golfer, but it has enough challenges to keep the better golfers interested. The one word of warning I will give to amateur golfers, is that the greens generally speaking are very small and often very well protected with green side and green front bunkers. I had several really good drive ruined by approaches that weren’t quite right and got me in all sorts of problems. But with that warning, it was a very fun track for me to play, and not overwhelming despite my 20 index
Nice layout. Better shape now than in past.
Excellent play. Unforturnately, not designed to be walked.
Course was in great shape for the end of November I have played here before course is always beautiful staff is friendly pace of play very good well worth the money
Osprey
Course was in perfect shape with great marsh views. Fast greens and 18th/9th combined green was pretty awesome
First time
Great greens and course conditions. Better than many public options in Brunswick.
Best around
Place is in wonderful shape. Best greens within 100 miles
Playable course for intermediate skilled golfers
Lots of standing water In fairways and bunkers and soggy fairways due to recent rain. Greens in great shape. Forgiving fairway width most of the course. Nice marsh views on the back nine.
Great, and took a lot of rain like a champ
One of the best courses in Jacksonville (or south Georgia)
Course Knowledge Essential. Wind Makes Course Hard
Played the day after a hurricane dropped 5 inches of rain. Driving range closed. Pro shop average. Golf Carts don’t have yardage gps and dated. Very hot and humid. Bring lots of water and don’t plan on a fresh sandwich before round or at the turn. They don’t have because of a staffing issue. Course was green with lots high rough. Yardage markers on fairway markers plus sprinkler heads. Greens were slow but green and flat. Sand traps were awful with no sand but it was the day after a hurricane and 5 inches of rain. We played Blues with a 5-10 mph wind. Hole 4,9,15,,17 and 18 were my favorites. Worth the value. If you can’t hit your drives 250 yards or carry a long iron 180 yards then I suggest you play white tees. 4 stars.
Great golf experience
Everything from the bag drop to the 18th hole was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Practice range was included in our price. The tees were a little confusing at first and it took me a few tries to find the tenth hole. Great fairways and greens. Get rid of the geese on hole 4. Easier said than done.
Great layout / but greens recovering from being punched.
Greens were ten days recovering from being punched. Weren’t bad compared to other courses but definitely wasn’t pleased that teeoff.com didn’t have an aerification notification on the green fee. Other courses in the area had the notification turned on. But even with the recovery, the greens were decent just a little slow. The course has very picturesque holes along the marshland. Generous fairways. In great shape. The 9th and 18th green is combined into a huge green. Pretty cool! A def hidden gem in the NE Florida SE Georgia area! When the greens 100% heal they will be incredible.
Beautiful course ,great conditions, super friendly staff, under 4 hrs on a Saturday. What else could you ask for. Went as a single got hooked up with really nice people. NO COMPLAINTS
What a treat !
From check-in to the return of our cart this was a great experience. Course is one of the best in this area and can't wait to get another opportunity to play here.
Average
Course was in good condition but the layout wasn’t anything special and the course was just another subdivision layout. The marshland never comes into play and is only there for a few holes. Much better off playing north Hampton or laurel island which are both cheaper and better conditioned
