'Service' at Highlands Reserve a disappointment, says TravelGolf.com reader
We recently played a round at Highland Reserve and was very disappointed in the service. First, we had a tee time for 1:30 pm and didn't go off until 2:20 pm. Secondly, on a hot day the cart girl never came back after the 7th hole.
Third and certainly not the least there was not a marshal on the back nine. There was 6 groups in a 2-hole span. For a course that prides itself on service this was definitely a disappointment. Safe to say we will never play this course again.

Not fired up about Foxfire Golf Club in Sarasota
I took your site's advice and booked tee times for Foxfire Golf Club outside Sarasota, Fla. What a joke. Six of us from Michigan could not believe the conditions.

I played there in august 2008 and found the course was exelent.
I arrived without a tee time but was playing within 25 mins.
The staff were very helpfull and the cart girl came round 3 times.
I cant wait to go back next year.

i would agree with coments of person at highland reserve,i played there last year,loved the course,played with lovely people,but club personel when i asked to use phone for taxi said ther was a phone at a filling station or 911 some two miles away,as a visitor from scotland i was not happy or impressed
