The Biltmore Golf Course
About
The Biltmore Golf Course in Coral Gables sits next to the beautiful hotel, an architectural masterpiece that was modeled after the Giralda Tower in Seville, Spain. Donald Ross designed the course in 1925 and the traditional layout has retained all of its original character. The golf course weaves through a series of canals that used to carry guests along in gondolas. The canals run alongside the lush fairways while towering banyan trees frame the elevated greens. Offering views of the historic hotel from nearly every hole, there are carts available but the golf course is worth the walk. The layout is popular not only for its historic scenery and verdant setting, but also for its playability. Over the years the Biltmore has been host to a number of professional golfers and celebrities ranging from Babe Ruth to Tiger Woods.

Fair Track
Played this course for 1st time in 30+ years and it was still in decent shape. Typical Donald Ross course with small greens that rolled pretty true. Very busy day but everything was running on time and played in a little over 4 hours which wasn't bad for a weekend. Little pricey this time of year unless you can get hot deal on Tee off and able to use a promo code.
Perfect day at the Biltmore
Course is amazing , one of the best in Miami, got a great rate thru Golfnow , under $50., of course times at this rate are very limited and you will be playing between 10:00 and 2:30. greens were very fast ( you do not want down hill
putts) some were a bet scuffed up , farways and Tee boxes are well maintained . the only problem was that we were stuck behind a 6 some ,so pace of play was very slow.if you need lunch the Biltmors has 5 or 6 resturants to pick from if you need something on the course ,they have a cart girl with drinks snacks and sanwiches.. this course was renivated three years ago and returned to the original Donal Ross design , so expect crowned greens ,false fronts , lots of well placed bunkers, course is from 5800 to 7000 yards so it can be as hard as you want. One of the best Donald Ross courses in Florida.
Great course for any handicap
This is a great golf course, relaxing and fun. Wide fairways and fun for any player.
I played the white tees and I really enjoyed. Not too much water and forgiving for a golfer with my handicap.
The other players in my group, with better handicaps were very polite and great companion.
Ate and had a beer after the round, choice of beer and food was somewhat limited but staff was friendly.
My only bad comment was that I had to carry my bag all the way from the parking lot, a good 150 yards. That dropped my overall rating to 4 stars.
Otherwise it was great, plan to play there often when in Miami.
Great Course
My favorite course to play in Miami. Fast greens, great fairways and fun layout.
Prestine Course
Always a treat to play the course however, the course booked me in on one price but when I showed up they charged me more and did not honor the price advised which was unprofessional.
Biltmore , Donald Ross jem
Have played this course for 50 years, and it never dissapoints, it is in really good condition and green fee and cart can be had for under $50. on a week day after 10:00, no better course at this price in Dade County. Greens were quick ( expecially down hill) , faiways and tee boxes were in great shape and of course you have the Biltmors hotel for your viewing pleasure. we had luch out side under the veranda , view and food was excellant.
I Loved this Course
It was a great Birthday Gift and Birthday Day. Love the course, it's beautiful, everything is in great condition. People super friendly.
Don’t bother. Go somewhere else
Pretty terrible experience all around. Range and putting green is overrun with junior golfers and hotel guests just hanging out. Make you pay for range balls even though the round is $100+. It took 5 hours and 15 mins to finish and our cart died on the 17th because they had so many groups going out that they didn’t have time to charge the carts between rounds. Zero food options for grab and go, and the cart girl only has chips and candy. Lastly, the layout and condition are average at best. There are much better options in Miami
